My supervision practice is in Worthing. I offer group or individual supervision for fully qualified, newly qualified and student therapists.

The supervision will be based on the theoretical model of normative, formative and restorative tasks: normative: helping the supervisee develop standards/ set guidelines and be clear about what they have to offer,
formative: helping the supervisee develop skills, ability and understanding .
restorative: validating the supervisee’s work and developing a climate of sufficient safety and refreshment for creativity to flourish.

I am a graduate of the Creative Arts Supervision Training (CAST ‘04), we may use art, drama and/or objects in supervision.

I am a registered supervisor with UK Council for Psychotherapy

Supervision fees will be negotiated in the initial consultation according to the supervisee’s requirements.
